The company, with registered head office located in Zamudio, Spain, is a holding business that is engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of devices for electrical quantity measurement and equipment for process automation and control of electrical machines. It offers converters, generators and control electronics for wind-generators, electric pitch, telecontrol of wind parks, and integral maintenance of parks; inverters to be connected to photovoltaic solar panels network; hybrid inverters for isolated generation; integral turnkey equipment and automation of hydro recovery plants; integral automation and control solutions for conventional co-generation, combined-cycle, waste, thermo-solar and biomass plants. In addition, the company also provides equipment to the iron and steel industry. It was incorporated in 1999.
